Clinical Nurse – Aged Care | Southern Adelaide Suburbs

About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Care Manager, team leaders, and support staff to maintain clinical excellence and promote resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing and care staff
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice guidelines
• Mentor and educate care staff to maintain high standards of care
• Support residents and families with compassionate communication and care planning
• Monitor and manage clinical risk, medication administration, and infection control

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in aged care or a similar clinical leadership role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care to older Australians
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and aged care legislation
